At G-Pop’s Workshop, every item is handcrafted with care, and we work hard to get your order safely packed and shipped as quickly as possible.
Processing Times
Because many of our products are handmade or custom-built, processing times may vary depending on the item and current workload.
- In-stock items typically ship within 3–5 business days
- Custom or personalized orders may take 1–3 weeks depending on complexity
- Large or specialty builds may require additional time
We’ll always do our best to communicate estimated completion and shipping times.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on package size and destination.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Package size and weight
- Shipping destination
- Selected shipping speed
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available so you can follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for customers in the area. If applicable, pickup arrangements will be coordinated directly with the customer.
Shipping Delays
While we work hard to ship orders on time, G-Pop’s Workshop is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather
- Carrier issues
- Holidays
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping charges to resend.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. Include photos of damaged packaging/items when applicable so we can help resolve the issue quickly.
