G-Pop’s Workshop Refund & Return Policy
At G-Pop’s Workshop, every piece is handcrafted with care, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. Because many of our items are handmade and custom-built, we have the following refund and return policy in place.
Custom & Personalized Orders
All custom or personalized orders are non-refundable once production has started. This includes items with custom names, colors, logos, engravings, or special sizing.
If there is an issue with your order due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll work to make it right.
Non-Custom Items
Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:
- The item is unused and in original condition
- The item is returned in original packaging when possible
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:
- The damaged item
- The packaging
- Shipping label
We’ll work quickly to repair, replace, or refund the item when appropriate.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless work has already begun on a custom order.
Handmade Character
Please remember that handcrafted wood products may include natural grain variations, knots, and slight differences that make each piece unique. These are not considered defects.
